We are looking for a Project Manager with USDA Child Nutrition experience for an Onsite position at Montana.
Job Responsibility:
The Project Manager develops, improves, and maintains information technology systems used to operate and manage all School Nutrition Programs. The systems are used to improve program accountability and data accuracy within and across the programs. The OPI School Nutrition Programs has a fully operational Child Nutrition software suite from LINQ, including Agreements, Claiming and Reimbursements, and Compliance areas.
The Project Manager addresses enhancements to usability, sustainability, and performance of the systems, as well as plans for system updates arising from changing federal regulations and upgrades to current systems. The Project Manager monitors USDA grant project scope, tracks schedules/costs/resources, monitors for quality assurance, and submits progress reports. The Project Manager also determines if grant project goals, objectives and activities are increasing efficiencies in technology systems to improve program and data integrity.

Total of 10 years of experience at the State agency
Experience in working with U.S Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child Nutrition Programs
Nice to have
Experience in developing or maintaining an online free and reduced-price school meal application for use by Local Education Agencies and families
